Roles and Responsibilities

  • Creating an effective & robust preventive mechanism to correct behaviours at ground level & reduce probability of ER outburst in a spread-out geography.

  • Support HR Team/Business Manages with queries pertaining to labour and employment law.

  • Effectively engage and manage relationships with legal counsellors, work on litigation strategies with respect to employment disputes.

  • Represent company before all Govt. authorities.

  • Coordinating with multiple stake holders including HR, legal & compliance team, and close ER issues within tight timelines

  • Closely coordinate with Legal counsellors for employee related issues and ensure closure with TAT

  • Well versed with execution of the actionable Terminations, Warnings etc for all employee related.
