Job Description
TXT e-Tech is looking for an Avionic Software Engineer to join its Aerospace & Defense division. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, and validating safety-critical avionics software.
Main responsibilities:
Develop and verify software architecture for airborne and ground equipment;
Develop software requirements based on system requirements;
Generate documents and maintain traceability between them by interacting with the customer to identify needs;
Develop integration specifications and conduct thorough testing.
Required technical skills:
Knowledge of at least one programming language (C or ADA95);
General knowledge of industrial/aeronautical communication standards and protocols (e.g., Ethernet, ARINC 429, RS422, RS485).
Optional technical skills:
Basic knowledge of onboard systems and the avionics/systems development process;
Basic knowledge of industrial processes (DO-178C, DO-254, ARP4754A).
