Job Description
**Position Responsibilities for all Aviation Operations (Av Ops) Coordinator Positions:**
+ Facilitates the movement of passengers and cargo on USAP aircraft by coordinating required support activities between various USAP agencies & ASC departments.
+ Utilizes Google Earth, AFF, and other flight tracking software to monitor aircraft movements.
+ Enters mission data and causes for delays/aborts/cancellations and generates multiple reports in Maximo, Pipeline (SQL software), Microsoft Access/Excel, and other programs to facilitate, track, and coordinate USAP’s planned on-continent cargo and passenger movements.
+ Interacts with the NSF, their sub-contracting agencies, military personnel and other agency officials in a professional and tactful manner.
+ Maintains geographic coordinates documentation.
