Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Airport Domain SME to provide functional, operational, and process expertise across airport operations. The SME will work closely with product, engineering, and delivery teams to support solution design, requirement definition, transformation programs, and stakeholder workshops for airport‑focused digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Domain Expertise

  • Provide subject matter expertise across airport operations, including:
  • Airport Operations Control Centre (AOCC)
  • Airport Collaborative Decision Making (A‑CDM)
  • Flight operations & movement control
  • Ground handling operations
  • Resource Management Systems (RMS) – gates, stands, counters
  • Passenger services & terminal operations
  • Baggage handling systems (BHS) and reconciliation
