Aviation Electrical/Design Engineer

Overview We are seeking a full-time Aviation Electrical/Design Engineer at Garmin’s U.S. headquarters in the Greater Kansas City area. Join a team designing innovative products that revolutionize flight through enhanced safety, performance, and features. You will apply your skills to create complex designs that include custom embedded systems, high speed interfaces, digital and analog processing, and a variety of sensor technologies using integrated and discrete solutions. Aviation Design Engineers have ownership of the product design over its entire life from the concept phase, schematic and PCB design iterations, and throughout mass production. As well as working with a skilled, multi-disciplined engineering team, you will work with our on-site manufacturing center with capabilities that include PCB assembly, unit assembly, and acceptance testing.
