About The Role We're building next-generation AI systems for aviation and autonomous flight — and we need people who actually understand the skies to help us do it. This isn't generic transcription work. You'll be listening to real Air Traffic Control and pilot radio communications and converting them into high-quality, accurately labeled transcriptions that directly train aviation AI.
