AVBOB, in partnership with the Insurance Sector Education and Training Authority, is offering an exciting learnership opportunity for unemployed South Africans who want to build a career in the insurance sector.

The AVBOB Long-Term Insurance Unemployed Learnership Programme 2026 is a 12-month training opportunity leading to an Occupational Certificate in Long-Term Insurance Adviser at NQF Level 5. The qualification carries 180 credits and combines structured learning with practical workplace experience.

This opportunity is suitable for motivated young people who have completed Matric and are interested in gaining recognised insurance knowledge, workplace skills and valuable industry experience.

A monthly stipend will be paid to successful learners for the full duration of the programme.
