Position Summary

The AV Technician provides first-line and second-level technical support for audio-visual (A/V) systems in corporate environments. This role ensures that all meeting spaces, conference rooms, and collaboration areas operate seamlessly for in-person, virtual, and hybrid meetings and events.

Key Responsibilities

Provide first-line service support and coordinate with end users to set up and operate Audio-Visual Systems, Sound Systems, and Integrated Control Systems.

Ensure systems perform in accordance with organisational requirements.

Maintain daily operational readiness of A/V equipment in designated rooms.
