Installation and Configuration

  • Install, configure, and test AV equipment such as Samsung Smart TVs, Promethean and HIKVISION Interactive Boards, LED screens, audio systems, conferencing systems, ClickShare, and Zoom.
  • Set up and configure meeting room management systems.
  • Implement cable management and racking solutions for audio and amp systems.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting

  • Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and cleaning of AV equipment.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues promptly.
  • Replace faulty components and parts as required.
  • Ensure optimal performance and reliability of all AV equipment.

Software Support

  • Provide technical support for AV software applications including Meetio App, Zoom, and meeting room management system software.
  • Manage and support software licenses.
