Experienced AV / Telepresence Engineer with strong Cisco WebEx hardware expertise and enterprise conference room support experience. This is a highly hands-on, on-site role supporting multiple locations, ideal for someone who thrives in troubleshooting AV environments and is comfortable working across WebEx and Microsoft Teams ecosystems. • Hardware Support & Maintenance: In partnership with Cisco Managed Services, install, configure, manage, and maintain Cisco Webex hardware and connected peripherals (i.e. - QSC, Shure, Crestron, etc.) across conference rooms and executive offices on site at the THD Corp ATL HQ location plus satellite sites within range. • AV Experience Management: Ensure optimal audio and visual quality in all meeting spaces by routinely calibrating cameras, microphones, displays, and control panels. • Vendor & Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with AV integrators, hardware vendors, and internal IT teams (such as networking and security) to ...
