AV Technical Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or related technical course preferred)
• Experience in AV or IT system design and integration, including installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• With supervisory or team leadership experience
• Willing to undergo training and certification in AV/IT systems

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the technical services team, ensuring performance and competency
• Oversee AV/IT installations, repairs, maintenance, and system integration
• Provide technical support to Sales, including product demos, technical presentations, site visits, and client meetings
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Coordinate closely with sales and technical teams to deliver project requirements
