Responsibilities
:
Provide day-to-day support for Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) systems, ensuring consistent performance and reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve AV, conferencing, and telephony issues through CoStar’s IT support ticketing system. Manage, configure, and maintain corporate telephony solutions including Microsoft Teams Phone and SIP-based VoIP infrastructure. Support live and hybrid corporate events, such as town halls and executive meetings, including setup, operation, and post-event wrap-up. Install, test, and maintain AV systems — displays, microphones, DSPs, control systems, and networked AV components. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on AV installations, upgrades, and technology rollouts. Monitor system health using platforms such as Teams Admin Center, Logitech Sync, or Extron GVE and LogicMonitor Maintain accurate documentation, room schematics, and equipment inventories. <...
