Position Overview

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and organized AV Project Coordinator to support our client's Audio‑Visual (AV) team in planning and executing AV system integration and upgrade projects. In this role, you will play a critical part in tracking project progress, coordinating with vendors, preparing project documentation, and communicating status updates through the client's internal task management system.
