Job Purpose
The AV Manager is responsible for leading all audio-visual operations within the hotel, ensuring the seamless setup, operation, and maintenance of AV systems for events, shows, conferences, and daily operations. The role partners closely with Entertainment, Events, and operational teams to deliver high-quality, reliable, and innovative AV experiences in line with brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
AV Operations & Technical Delivery
- Oversee the setup, configuration, operation, and maintenance of all AV equipment, including sound systems, microphones, projectors, LED screens, lighting systems, video conferencing tools, and control desks
- Ensure all AV equipment is fully functional, properly stored, and maintained; coordinate repairs and replacements when required
