What You’ll Do

Lead from the Field

• Lead and actively participate in commercial AV installs, including meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, and enterprise environments
• Set the pace onsite and keep installs moving safely, cleanly, and to spec
• Be the go‑to person on site when questions come up or decisions need to be made
• Build racks, mount hardware, install devices, and complete structured cabling
• Install systems according to drawings and documentation –project execution that is clean, accurate, and complete
• Troubleshoot onsite issues and keep work progressing without drama
• Ensure all installs meet WBM quality standards and manufacturer best practices
• Work closely with junior and intermediate technicians during installs
• Provide hands‑on coaching, tips, and real‑time problem solving
