Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Install and maintain AV equipment (displays, projectors, microphones, speakers, video conferencing systems). Provide live event support and ensure high‑quality audio and video delivery. Troubleshoot AV issues quickly to minimize downtime. Manage VC platforms such as MS Teams, Zoom, or Cisco. Perform routine system checks, upgrades, and preventive maintenance. Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams for AV solutions. Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of AV hardware and Video conferencing systems. Understanding of networking basics (IP, VLANs, QoS preferred). Hands‑on experience with control systems (Crestron, AMX, Extron is a bonus). Problem-solving and customer support skills. Preferred Certifications:
