Key Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Install and maintain AV equipment (displays, projectors, microphones, speakers, video conferencing systems).
  • Provide live event support and ensure highquality audio and video delivery.
  • Troubleshoot AV issues quickly to minimize downtime.
  • Manage VC platforms such as MS Teams, Zoom, or Cisco.
  • Perform routine system checks, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams for AV solutions.

Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge of AV hardware and Video conferencing systems.
  • Understanding of networking basics (IP, VLANs, QoS preferred).
  • Handson experience with control systems (Crestron, AMX, Extron is a bonus).
  • Problem-solving and customer support skills.
