Auxiliar de Almoxarifado - São Luis/ma

Handles, facilitates and / or coordinates material shipping, receiving and processing according to company policies and procedures. Ensures the orderly stocking and efficient flow of both inbound and outbound materials / products. Maintains and updates the purchase order system as shipments are received, cancelled or back ordered Ensures documentation is up-to-date and reflective of material orders, deliveries, storage and distribution.
- Gains familiarity with Shipping & Receiving concepts, practices and methodologies.
- With guidance, learns to perform Shipping & Receiving duties, including: Receiving incoming deliveries, Verifying purchase orders against the database, Delivering incoming shipments, Collecting outgoing shipments, Shipping materials, Verifying identifying information on bills of lading, invoices, purchase orders and other records.
- Learns and complies with Shipping & Receiving practices and policies.
- Assists with special projects as assigned.
