Job Description

DoorDash is seeking an Operations Specialist in Autonomy Tech Support to ensure daily operations of the robot fleet. You will troubleshoot software and hardware issues, document failures, and work closely with engineering teams. Strong experience with debugging and autonomous vehicles is desired, and a willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, is required. This position is in-office in Mexico, Ciudad de México with opportunities to grow within a diverse team.
