岗位概述
面向矿山无人运输与辅助装备协同场景，负责交互系统的需求分析、功能设计与实现、人机交互（HMI）方案、软硬件协同集成，以及从仿真到现场的全流程测试与验证，确保系统在复杂工况下的安全、可靠与高效运行。
主要职责
• 客户需求洞察与规格定义：调研矿山作业流程与限制，提炼功能/性能/安全需求，输出需求规格与开发优先级以及响应的迭代计划；
• 系统功能开发与 HMI 设计：实现后台调度与辅助车辆之间的交互能力（任务分配、状态展示、预警与决策提示、碰撞指导与告警、效率优化等），提升现场运营效率与安全性。
• 软硬件协同与接口管理：协调传感器/控制器/通信模块与软件算法团队，制定标准化接口与数据模型，推进模块级到系统级的集成。
• 多层级验证与确认（V&V）：制定并执行 SIL/HIL/台架/现场测试计划，覆盖极端工况与边界场景，进行缺陷闭环与回归测试。
