NHS Ayrshire & Arran is seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) or Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) to join the Flow Navigation Centre on a bank basis. The post involves autonomous assessment, clinical decision‑making and managing patient flow within a fast‑paced environment.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to support timely discharge or onward care, escalate concerns as needed and contribute to service improvements with minimal supervision.
