Responsibilities

• Diagnose, test, and repair vehicle systems to ensure safety and functionality using specialized tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and inspect critical components such as brakes, fuel systems, and engines; repair or replace parts as needed.
• Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance tasks outlined on repair orders (RO) efficiently and accurately.
• Communicate with Parts and Service Advisors to manage production/repair cycle times and customer updates.
• Conduct multi‑point inspections, recommend repairs, and ensure vehicle safety before return to customer.
• Document all work on the RO by recording a story consistent with OEM standards; ensure warranty work is credited by the manufacturer.
• Maintain the inventory of common technician tools not inventoried by the Service department.
