Job Description

Our Operations Support team is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to strengthen our Toyota and Lexus dealer network across Belgium and Luxembourg. In this role, you’ll be the go‑to expert for diagnosing technical issues, guiding technicians, and ensuring our dealers receive the highest level of support. You’ll collaborate closely with Toyota Motor Europe (TME), Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC), and internal teams to build a strong technical knowledge base within the network.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide high‑quality technical assistance to Toyota and Lexus dealers, as well as internal departments.

  • Respond to technical questions by phone or email within agreed timelines.

  • Analyze complex issues, support technicians in their diagnostic process, and guide them toward effective solutions.
