Job Description

Duties Welcome customers and manage service bookings from enquiry through to vehicle collection. Open and close job cards, prepare quotations and obtain repair authorisations. Liaise with customers, providing regular updates throughout the repair process. Coordinate workflow between customers, technicians and the workshop. Source, order, receive and issue workshop parts. Manage inventory, stock levels and supplier orders. Process supplier returns and warranty parts where applicable. Ensure accurate costing, invoicing and workshop administration. Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining strong client relationships. Requirements: Minimum 35 years' experience as a Service Advisor, Parts Controller or in a combined Service/Parts role preferably within a dealership environment. Experience within Land Rover, Ford, Toyota, VW, 4x4, premium vehicle, dealership or reputable independent workshop environments.
