Key Responsibilities

Customer Handling & Service Management

  • Greet customers professionally and understand their vehicle concerns
  • Create accurate Job Cards and explain repair requirements clearly
  • Provide transparent repair estimates, timelines, and approvals
  • Maintain regular communication with customers on job progress
  • Ensure customer satisfaction before vehicle handover

Technical Coordination

  • Liaise between technicians, workshop foreman, and management
  • Translate technical findings into simple explanations for customers
  • Coordinate diagnostics, repairs, and quality checks
  • Ensure work is completed according to workshop and brand standards

Billing & Documentation

  • Prepare invoices and ensure accuracy of parts and labor charges
  • Maintain proper records of job cards, estimates, and service history
