Customer Handling & Service Management
- Greet customers professionally and understand their vehicle concerns
- Create accurate Job Cards and explain repair requirements clearly
- Provide transparent repair estimates, timelines, and approvals
- Maintain regular communication with customers on job progress
- Ensure customer satisfaction before vehicle handover
Technical Coordination
- Liaise between technicians, workshop foreman, and management
- Translate technical findings into simple explanations for customers
- Coordinate diagnostics, repairs, and quality checks
- Ensure work is completed according to workshop and brand standards
Billing & Documentation
- Prepare invoices and ensure accuracy of parts and labor charges
- Maintain proper records of job cards, estimates, and service history
