Caliberly is seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor to act as the primary contact between customers and the workshop team in Dubai. You will understand concerns, coordinate service and repair activities, and maintain excellent communication to drive satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, recording concerns, preparing job cards, coordinating with technicians, providing cost estimates, and obtaining approvals before work begins.
