Forvia, a sustainable mobility technology leader in Monterrey, is seeking a Production Supervisor to drive performance on the shop floor.

You will set targets, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and manage a team while ensuring quality, cost and delivery (QCD) goals and strict HSE compliance.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in automotive metal‑mechanic production, strong teamwork and English skills.
