Job Description

ZF Friedrichshafen AG in Toluca, Mexico is seeking a Launch Engineer to apply APQP methodologies for new programs and engineering changes. You will coordinate shopfloor implementation and ensure SOPs from a manufacturing perspective, engaging cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, 5+ years in automotive program launches, and fluent English. Strong communication and MS Office skills are required; MS Project is a plus.
