Kia Santa Monica, part of the LAcarGUY Family of Dealerships, is hiring an Internet Sales Manager to lead our automotive sales team. You will drive sales, set strategies, recruit and train staff, and optimize guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least 2 years of leadership success in automotive sales, strong customer focus, and proficiency with CDK and F&I processes. California license and valid drive are expected.
