Job Summary

Responsible for assisting the General Manager with the overall operation of the assigned market. Ensure technicians have the support and resources necessary to complete their work safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company and industry standards. This position plays an active role in driving market growth by identifying, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with third-party customers. The Assistant General Manager will work to capture new business opportunities, strengthen partnerships with existing clients, and support the General Manager in ensuring operational excellence that drives customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
