Job Description

Bosch México in Ciudad Juárez seeks a dedicated educator to ensure apprentices reach Bosch competence level at the Technical Education Center (TEC). You will plan, develop and control both theoretical and practical apprenticeship programs, supervise tasks, and maintain safety procedures across the JU/P1 plant.

The role requires leading the TEC training plan, coordinating classes and materials, and translating theory into hands-on practice while promoting a robust safety culture.
