General Summary

  • Design & Participate in QA strategy, test planning, execution, automation, and release readiness for Oracle ERP/Fusion and Salesforce platforms.
  • Author and execute functional and integration test cases covering cross-system flows
  • Drive end-to-end testing across Finance, Supply Chain, Lead-to-Cash, Salesforce Sales Cloud, RCA, and Billing processes.
  • Manage integration, API, data migration, regression, and system testing across enterprise applications.
  • Lead test automation initiatives, CI/CD quality gates, defect management, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
  • Partner with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and leadership to ensure high-quality solution delivery and production stability.
