- Proven hands-on experience in manual and Test automation
- Strong knowledge of quality best practices and methodologies for software testing
- Experience with automation tools such as selenium, cypress, playwright, katalon studio etc
- Manages a group of employees and helps the team achieve its goals effectively.
- Experience in QA methodology, familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools, workflows, test case management tools, agile tools, and project tools,
- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
- Working knowledge of test management software
- Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude, Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, leadership skills, Organizational and time-management skills and ability to multi-task day-to-day activities
