Automation Test Engineer

Description

Responsibilities
 Enhance, implement and develop automated test strategies/frameworks in DevOps environment for microservice applications on Kubernetes/Public cloud to support Behavior Driven Development using Cucumber and tools like Selenium, TestNG, Jenkins.

 Design and create automated test scripts to address areas such as database impacts, solution scenarios, regression testing, negative testing, outage scenario, error or bug retests, or usability in preparation for implementation.

 Understand the product requirements; envision stakeholder requirements to transform these to Use cases and create test plans.

 Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans

 Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results

 Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
