Automation Technician - PLC Programmer

Overview

This established Factory Automation designer/builder is looking to add the expertise of an Intermediate PLC Programmer to support continued growth. The ideal candidate will possess experience with PLC Logic, Vision Systems, and Robotics from Program Design through Simulation and Start-up. The PLC Programmer will have a voice as part of the Design team, being involved cross-functionally at project start, from collaboration with Procurement on equipment specification, to participating in Installation and Commissioning. A high level of comfort with Allen Bradley and Omron PLCs is required. This opportunity will have access to ongoing specialized training, with long-term skill development in mind. A strong communicator who works well in a team setting will be highly valued in this collaborative environment.
