Automation Technician

1. To troubleshoot and resolve system technical issue or network problems.
2. To provide technical support and train end users on the network systems.
3. To monitor the Warehouse Management System (WMS) intelligence portal and integration status, Sub-system (Crane, AGV and Conveyor) to recover the error and monitor the Closed Circuited Television (CCTV) to ensure smooth Production operation and processes of Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS) Warehouse.
4. To trigger escalation any issue if needed.
5. To conduct Preventive Maintenance and necessary service.
6. To attend to automation related machinery breakdown to troubleshoot and completion of root cause analysis.
7. To ensure that GMP & safety rule and regulation been practice at workplace.
8. To support others when need arise.
9. All other duties as instructed by the management from time to time.
10. To report to Assistant Automation Manager.
