Job Description

What you will do

  • Operate and maintain ABBYY FlexiCapture and UiPath platforms to ensure reliability and performance.

  • Design and manage AWS/Azure environments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC); coordinate with MSPs for secure, optimized systems.

  • Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions; automate repetitive tasks through scripting (PowerShell)

  • Monitor system health and troubleshoot proactively; collect and analyze performance metrics using DataDog.

  • Maintain internal documentation and knowledge bases; validate MSP activities and ensure compliance with change management protocols.

  • Provide consultation with customers on products and services.

  • Build dashboards and reports with Power BI for operational insights.

  • Develop and maintain RPA solutions (UiPath preferred) and implement IDP workflows for document handling and data extraction. (Nice to have)
