Position: Controls Technician

Job Description

  • Performs software programming using established standards as a basis of design.
  • Performs the creation of necessary drawings and equipment schedules for submittals and installation.
  • Perform Building Automation Systems animated graphics.
  • Perform the commissioning and start up in HVAC Controls Projects.
  • Knowledge in wiring connection to the controllers.
  • Strong technical experience.
  • Knowledge in Building Networks.
  • Knowledge in basic HVAC sensor functionally.
  • Attends emergency calls.
  • Assists sales by providing technical recommendations to produce job layouts and assist with bid proposals.
  • Adheres to safety standards. High degree of regard to employee and subcontractor safety.
  • Willing to travel outside of Puerto Rico.
