Johnson & Johnson MedTech Colombia S.A.S. is seeking a Process & Continuous Improvement Analyst (DePuy Synthes) to enhance Commercial Capabilities processes, drive automation, and optimize pricing and contracting operations using Lean Six Sigma.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, analyze data, develop process documentation, and implement KPIs to measure impact while ensuring compliance with industry standards and Credo leadership imperatives.
