Automation & Performance Test Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into test scenarios and automation solutions.
• Execute performance tests and analyze results to identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance.
• Manage and maintain test related systems / platform, and automation platform.
• Supporting the implementation of test strategies across the software development lifecycle, including performance, integration, system regression testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Utilize tools such as LoadRunner and UFT One to support performance and functional test automation.
• Help the team to leverage the test management system to track and manage defects, ensuring timely resolution and communication with relevant stakeholders.
