Automation Manager

I. GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Lead and manage the Automation Department, including the design, development, implementation, and administration of automation projects, project budgets, and capital equipment investments. Provide technical support to Sales and Commercial teams for customer engagement, project feasibility analysis, and development of technical and commercial proposals.

Manage manufacturing automation projects from concept through production launch, including installation, validation, and commissioning activities. Oversee the development of new production lines, internal manufacturing improvements, and turnkey automation solutions focused on operational efficiency, cost reduction, and productivity enhancement.

Additionally, drive automation initiatives supporting Cable Assembly and Wire Harness Manufacturing processes , including wire processing, cutting, stripping, crimping, soldering, connector assembly, overmolding, electrical testing, and...
