Automation Lead

The Automation Lead will lead the design, implementation, and evolution of scalable test automation solutions across UI, API, and mobile platforms. This role partners closely with engineering and quality leadership to embed quality early in the development lifecycle, drive automation strategy, and elevate overall quality engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

Automation Architecture & Strategy

• Design and implement scalable automation frameworks and reusable test components across UI, API, and mobile platforms.
• Create, maintain, and optimize CI/CD-integrated automated test pipelines and tooling for continuous feedback.
• Participate in architecture discussions and code reviews, contributing from a testability and quality perspective.
• Own and drive non-functional testing initiatives such as integration testing, and contribute to performance and resiliency testing as required.
