Job Summary:
We are seeking a

Senior Automation Engineer

with

5+ years of experience

to drive our test automation initiatives. This role requires strong technical expertise in Python-based automation and mandatory proficiency in using AI tools to enhance productivity and code quality.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and maintain enterprise-grade automation frameworks using

Python

and

pytest
• Develop automated test suites for web applications (Selenium) and RESTful APIs
• Own CI/CD pipeline integration and optimization using Jenkins
• Lead code reviews, establish automation standards, and mentor team members
•

Actively use AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, etc.)

for development,
debugging, and problem-solving
• Drive AI tool adoption within the team and contribute to building an AI-first engineering culture
