Unilin Insulation is seeking an Automation Engineer to design, implement, optimize and maintain automated systems within our manufacturing environment to improve efficiency, quality, and safety. In this role you will collaborate with the Projects Department to deliver automation solutions as part of site improvement initiatives, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints. #insulationuk

 
Key Attributes

  • Engineering Degree qualification in Automation, Electrical, Mechanical, or related discipline, or equivalent apprenticeship qualification.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in automation engineering, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify practical solutions.
  • Knowledge of PLC programming, SCADA systems, and industrial networks.
