Responsibilities Leadership on Manufacturing Execution Systems (High and Low) communication protocols. Integration and support of automated equipment (INE) for continuous improvement. Update current production systems according to Model Year, ECN and Platform Introductions. Develop technological innovation projects as part of the continuous Improvement. Ensure a technological Poka yoke strategy related to Safety and Quality to reduce RPN's. Ensure standardization in control hardware, programming logic as well as HMI's and screens architecture. Manage program changes through a governance and approval committee. Leadership on database for process parameters, OEE, MDT, and real time visual management of the operations KPI's. Follow BRP values and behaviors. Ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety related topics. Enforce Quality BRP policy. Education
