Automation Engineer
Hybrid (Karachi) | 3 days/week in office | BRR Tower, I.I. Chundrigar Road
Salary: k PKR | Hours: 4pm - 12am PKT
We run a high-volume outbound lead gen agency (cold email + SMS). Behind the scenes, that means a lot of moving parts: lead ops, inbox workflows, reporting, QA, handoffs, and dashboards.
We're hiring an Automation Specialist to engineer the internal systems that make our delivery faster, cleaner, and more scalable by removing bottlenecks, reducing manual work, and preventing ops chaos.
The Role
You'll work closely with our Senior Operations Manager to streamline workflows across the company.
We're looking for someone who:
- Spots inefficiencies without being told
- Proposes solutions with clear logic
- Builds fast using LLM-assisted workflows (Cursor / Claude Code)
- Ships stable automations in n8n and
- Documents everything clearly so the team can use it
