- Design, develop, and maintain reusable automation frameworks and standards
- Drive standardization, best practices, security, and compliance for automation
- Enable CI/CD, self-healing, and zero-touch operations where applicable
- Collaborate with development, operations, and support teams to reduce manual effort
- Improve service reliability, efficiency, and customer experience through automation
- Govern automation lifecycle, version control, and change management
- Define KPIs and track automation benefits and ROI
- Provide documentation, training, and mentorship to teams
