Automation Developer

Responsibilities

• RPA Development: Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end automation workflows using UiPath. Implement REFramework to ensure scalable and robust bot performance
• Test Automation: Build and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium (Java/Python) to support continuous integration and regression testing for web applications
• Orchestration: Manage and monitor bots via UiPath Orchestrator, ensuring high availability and efficient resource utilization
• Framework Optimization: Develop reusable components and libraries to speed up the automation lifecycle for both RPA and QA
• Collaboration: Work closely with Business Analysts (BAs) to map as-is processes and translate them into to-be automated workflows
• Maintenance & Support: Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production bots and automation scripts, ensuring minimal downtime for business operations
