Position Responsibilities:
+ Develop and implement automation roadmaps, including IIoT, robotics, and SCADA systems, to improve manufacturing performance
+ Oversee project lifecycles from concept to commissioning, including managing budgets, timelines, and technical documentation (i.e. SOPs, manuals)
+ Troubleshoot and support PLCs, robotics, and control systems, reducing downtime and resolving technical issues
+ Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process robustness, efficiency, and safety
+ Supervise, mentor, and develop engineering personnel
