Your day at NTT DATA

Plans, performs, and implements process improvement initiatives, including Lean, Six Sigma, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). Diagrams, evaluates, and automates existing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual intervention. Organizes, leads, and facilitates cross-functional project teams to drive automation projects. Develops and monitors metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future automation opportunities.
